By placing an order with us you will agree to have read,
understood and are bound by the following terms and conditions. Nothing in the Terms and Conditions will
affect your Statutory Rights.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you're entitled to key
information about the seller, including a geographical address.
Your right to cancel starts the moment you place your order and
doesn’t end until seven working days from the day after you receive your goods
You are entitled to 'cancel your order' and to receive a refund
providing the items are in their original packaging, are unused and in a
re-saleable condition.

When you buy goods online you have additional rights to return
them. This is because your decision may
be based on a brief description or a photograph – so what you receive isn't
always quite what you’d expected. Under the
Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to return your order up to 14
days from the day you receive your goods.

unused and in perfect re-saleable condition, repackaged securely and sent to:

responsible for any loss or damage to returned items. Please obtain proof of
purchase from your post office or Courier
All items are subject to availability. If an item or a size in is sold out we will
remove it from the website as soon as we can. If we have any problems with the availability
of your order, we will contact you as soon as possible and either offer you a
suitable alternative, order the product in where possible or give you a full
refund if we are unable to fulfil your order.
Handbags and Gladrags NI uses PayPal or Amazon as payment
providers to ensure private information and credit card details are transmitted
securely through the internet. At no
point do Handbags and Gladrags NI store or have access to your credit card or
security number (last three digits on the back of your card). All prices are in pounds sterling and are
inclusive of VAT at the current UK rate.
We make every effort to ensure that images displayed on our
website are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee an exact match to the
product as displayed on your screen.

within three business days of ordering, subject to availability. Deliveries are by Royal Mail or Amazon. Delivery can take up to 10 days.

If you are not completely happy with your purchase and you wish to
return the goods we can offer an exchange or a refund. We can only accept returned goods if they are
unused and labels intact, in a perfect saleable condition, accompanied by proof
of purchase from the Handbags and Gladrags NI website. We reserve the right to refuse returns on
items where it is apparent these conditions have not been met. These conditions do not affect your statutory
rights.
To arrange a return you must send an email to
info@handbagsandgladragsni.com within 48 hours of receipt of your goods,
telling us that you are returning the goods and why. We will issue you a Returns Number to write on
the parcel. Goods will not be accepted
without this Returns Number and should accompany the goods which must be
returned within 7 working days of your delivery date. The customer must ensure the returned item is
packaged securely and unless faulty, incur postage costs. Please acquire a receipt of proof of postage
and adequate insurance to cover the product value.
If returns have are received between 8-10 days we can only offer
an exchange, and only if the conditions of return have been met as stated
above.
An exchange can only be made by phoning Customer Services 0759 646
789. Please contact us as soon as possible regarding an exchange. The original item must be returned to us first
and will be exchanged against the value of the new item, only when the balance
is paid can the new order be dispatched. There is no additional postage cost on your
first exchange.
Subsequent exchanges on the same order will carry delivery
charges.
All returns will be at the discretion of Handbags and Gladrags NI.
Postage will only be refunded if the
item is deemed faulty.
You are responsible for insuring the returned goods and we
recommend you obtain proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for
any items lost or damaged in transit. You are also responsible for any customs fees
and taxes where applicable. If unpaid,
the item may be returned to you or the extra fees will be deducted from your
refund amount.

If you have already been sent an email confirming despatch it will
not be possible to cancel your order. In
this case it will be your responsibility to return the goods to us at your own
cost and risk. We will refund the cost
of the goods on their return provided they have been unused and are in a
saleable condition. Please retain your
postage receipt a proof of postage.
We reserve the right to change or remove (temporarily or
permanently) the Website and these Terms and Conditions or any part of them
without notice and your continued use of the Website following any changes
shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. Orders for products will be subject to the
current Terms and Conditions posted on the Website. Please review these Terms and Conditions
regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes made by us.
We reserve the right to refuse access to the Website, terminate
accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without
charge to you.
These Terms and Conditions and any contract for the sale of
products through the Website are governed by and shall be construed in
accordance with the laws of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales. By your acceptance of these Terms and
Conditions you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdictions of the England,
Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales courts.
